1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES The purpose of this study is to evaluate development of MIDAN City in IFEZ using the case study for tourism and leisure city by comparative analysing of current domestic and foreign country. (2) RESEARCH METHOD This study was focused on analysing case study. The data for this analysis were collect from the case of tourism and leisure city in domestic and foreign country. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS In the results of this analysis, the most important problem is the absent of effective development schemes. 2. RESULTS This study offers three alternatives to improve tourism and leisure development business. 1) MIDAN city should actively cope with a tourism situation change. 2) The government should support tourism policies and main developers. 3) Developing the attractive tourism facilities is necessary.
