1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES This study is aimed at seeking to the extended participation measure for the private land development project through the current state analysis on the representative land development project in partnership between private and public sector under the existing system, and also reviewing the institutional and business effectiveness improvement. (2) RESEARCH METHOD For these purposes, contemplating changes in the land development policy, participation progress of the private sector, and prospect for the development paradigm, this study has been drawn the future trend and development policy direction in the land development and the application aspect of the land development project in partnership. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS In the results of this survey, the most important problem is the revision of regulation for the private participation. 2. RESULTS Furthermore, it seeks the measure to activate the private participation and to rectify the problems driven from the institutional deficiency and changes in the business condition.
