The purpose of this study was to evaluate the performance of the NCS training. The sample was divided into education - trained group and non - trained group. In this study, I have analyzed rations of Career attitude, Career Exploration, Job Involvement, Sense of belonging and Job performance between education - trained group and non - trained group using PLS Structure Equation Model(SEM). First, career attitude showed a higher degree of job commitment and workplace belonging than those who did not receive training. The higher the career search level, the higher the level of job commitment than the non-trained group, and the level of career exploration and belonging to the job were not statistically significant. Second, the group that received NCS education training showed higher commitment to job and sense of belonging to job, and higher level of job involvement leads to higher job performance. However, regardless of the presence or absence of the training, the sense of belonging did not have a statistically significant effect on job performance. I have verified SEM structure differences between education - trained group and non - trained group. Education - trained group were found to have stronger causal relationships than non - trained group in SEM structure. This result can be considered as a result of NCS education and training.
