최근 각 국가들은 공공 빅데이터 구축 및 활용을 핵심정책으로 추진하고 있으며, 이를 통해 공공서비스의 질적 향상 및 효율적 공급을 추진하고, 관련 신산업을 육성하고 있다. 이와 관련하여 본 연구의 목적은 공시제도에서 이용되는 빅데이터가 어떻게 발전되어 왔는지를 설명하고, 향후 어떻게 발전되어야 할 것인지 논의하는 것을 핵심 주제로 한다. 먼저, 공시제도의 구조 및 현황을 설명하고, 공시제도에서 활용되어 온 공공빅데이터로써 개별지가 자동산정프로그램, 감정평가정보체계의 구조를 설명한다. 다음으로 공시 빅데이터가 지닌 문제점과 이의 개선방안을 제시한다.

Recently, it has been pushing for the construction and utilization of public Big Data as a core policy of the country, which fosters the improvement of the quality and efficient supply of public services and promotes related new industries. In this regard, the objectives of this study can be summarized in two ways. First, it is the process of building public big data being used in the public real estate assessment. Secondly, it is a measure of how the public big data should be improved for public real estate assessment system to be advanced.
