Sacrocolpopexy using mesh is an effective and safe operation for vaginal vault prolapse after hysterectomy. In case of uterine prolapse, the concept of uterine preservation at the time of uterovaginl prolapse surgery has become more popular. Uterine preservation techniques have the potential to improve psychological wellbeing, sexual function and to reduce the risk of apical prolapse recurrence. Robotic surgery has the potential benefit by detailed motion, magnification image and flexible arm in pelvic organ prolapse abdominal surgery which is needed many suturing. We would like to present single-site robotic assisted sacrocolpopexy in vaginal vault prolapse woman and multi-site robotic assisted sacrohysteropexy in uterine prolapse woman who want to preserve uterus.
