Vulvar cancer is rare cancer in female genitalia, it accounts for 4% of female gental cancer, and 0.6% of cancer in women. verrucous carcinoma is one of a rare variant of squamous cell carcinoma that accounts for less than 1%. unlike general vulvar carcinoma, Surgery is the most effective treatment for verrucous cancer. because radiotherapy has been found to induce an anaplastic transformation. for these reason, large defect is inevitable after surgical resection. among the lots of flap, V-Y advancement fasciocutaneous flap tends to be the best way of repair.because of lower morbidity and good feasibility. we report the case of an 43-year-old patient with large verrucous carcinoma with poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma. The patient underwent radical vulvectomy with bilateral inguinofemoral LN dissection (seperate incision) and repair with V-Y advancement flap technique. by this time, any short-term or long-term complication has not been reported after surgery.
