연구목적 : 이 연구는 대학 엘리트지도자의 윤리적 리더십과 스포츠 윤리의식 및 경기력의 관계를 알아보는데 있다. 연구방법 : 이 연구의 대상은 2018년 현재 서울 H대학교, 경기도 Y대학교에 재학하고 있는 엘리트 운동선수를 표본집단으로 선정하였으며, 표본추출은 편의표본추출법(convenience sampling methods)을 이용하여 300명의 표본을 추출하였다. 표집된 설문 자료 중에서 설문의 내용이 불성실하게 작성된 것으로 판단되거나 일부 내용이 누락된 22명의 자료를 제외한 278명의 자료를 실제 분석에 이용하였다. 본 연구에서는 SPSS WIN VER 18.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석을 실행하였으며, 확인적 요인분석 및 구조방정식모형분석을 통해 모델의 적합도와 연구가설을 검증하기 위하여 AMOS 7.0을 사용하였다. 결론 : 첫째, 대학 엘리트지도자의 윤리적 리더십은 경기상황윤리의식에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 대학 엘리트지도자의 윤리적 리더십은 일상상황 윤리의식에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 대학 엘리트스포츠 경기상황 윤리의식은 경기력에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 대학 엘리트스포츠 일상상황 윤리의식은 경기력에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 대학 엘리트스포츠의 효과적인 운영을 위해서는 지도자의 윤리적 역할이 매우 중요함을 알 수 있다.

Pupose : The study was to examine the Relationship among ethical leadership of university sports leader, sports ethics and athletic performance. Methods : The research was processed by studying 278 elite athletes in Seoul and Gyeonggi-Do in 2018. convenience sampling method was used for the research. The reliability and validity test of the questionnaire it self was conducted by using SPSS & AMOS Window 18.0 program; the result of descriptive analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, standard multiple regression analysis, path analysis. Conclusion : First, ethical leadership of university sports leader was found to have significant influence on sports situation ethics. Second, ethical leadership of university sports team leader was found to have significant influence on everyday life ethics, Third, sports situation ethics was found to have significant influence on athletic performance, Fourth, everyday life ethics was found to have significant influence on athletic performance.
