본 연구는 간호대학생의 팀 공유정신, 팀 효과성, 팀 응집력, 팀 신뢰도, 임상수행능력의 관계를 알아보고, 임상수행능력에 미치는 영향 요인을 파악하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 경상남도 J시와 전라남도 S시에 소재한 간호대학에 재학 중인 3, 4학년 186명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 연구결과 간호대학생의 임상수행능력은 팀 공유정신, 팀 효과성, 팀 응집력, 팀 신뢰도와 유의한 정적 상관관계가 있었다. 팀 공유정신은 팀 효과성, 팀 응집력, 팀 신뢰도와 유의한 정적 상관관계가 있었고, 팀 공유정신은 팀 효과성, 팀 응집력, 팀 신뢰도와 유의한 정적 상관관계가 있었다. 간호대학생의 팀 응집력은 팀 신뢰도와 유의한 정적 상관관계가 있고 임상수행능력에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 팀 신뢰도, 전공만족도 순이었다. 이러한 영향 요인들이 임상수행능력을 38.7% 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 간호대학생의 임상수행능력을 향상시키기 위해서는 팀 신뢰도와 전공만족도를 향상시킬 수 있는 교육 프로그램을 개발하고 적용되어야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between team mental health, team effectiveness, team cohesion, team reliability, and clinical performance of nursing students and to identify the factors affecting clinical performance. The subjects of this study were 186 3rd year and 4th year nursing students in J and S city. The results showed that the clinical performance of nursing college students was significantly correlated with the team - sharing spirit, team effectiveness, team cohesiveness, and team reliability. Team spirit showed a significant positive correlation with team effectiveness, team cohesion, and team reliability. Team effectiveness was significantly correlated with team cohesiveness and team reliability. Finally, team cohesion has a significant positive correlation with team confidence. In other words, the factors affecting the clinical performance of nursing college students were in order of team reliability, major satisfaction, and these factors explained 38.7% of clinical performance ability. Therefore, in order to improve the clinical performance of nursing college students, it is necessary to develop and provide an education program that can improve team reliability.
