학교 혁신의 관한 관심과 연구가 많아지고 있다. 효과적인 학교 혁신이 이루어 지기위해 학교구성원의 문화와 정보의 전달 체계에 바람직한 변화가 필요하다. 이에 대한 시사점을 위해 혁신참여자의 관계의 관점에서 분석하는 사회 연결망의 활용이 하나의 방법이 될 것이다. 본 연구에서는 사회 연결망의 의미와 분석 방법에 대해 알아보고 해외의 연구 사례를 토대로 국내 사례적용을 통하여 사회 연결망 분석의 가능성을 확인하였다. 학교 혁신이 잘 이루어지고 있는 사회연결망의 특징을 비교 분석하고 체계화 한다면 효과적인 학교 혁신에 시사점을 제공할 것이다.

There is a growing interest and research on school innovation. For effective innovation of schools, there is a need for desirable change in the culture of information or exchange of advice between school members. One way to gain insight into such a change is to use social network analysis in which the relationship of actors in school innovation is examined. The purpose of this study is to introduce social network analysis methods for educational innovation study. For this goal, a case study reported in the US literature is introduced and a pilot analysis of a case in South Korea is reported. Further research topics are discussed.
