In the past, safety management has been carried out mainly by constructors, but now, participants of all construction projects such as clients, designers, constructors, and construction managers are being changed to perform safety management together. Among them, the design safety review, which examines whether the client has secured the design safety at the design stage, has been implemented since May 19, 2016, but it has not been properly implemented. Therefore, this study analyzed perception level and problems of D.F.S in architecture design firms and suggested the solutions.
