본 연구는 문헌연구를 통한 탐색적 연구방법으로 상호존중과 배려를 매개로 한 실천적 인성교육의 방향성에 관한 고찰로 인간존엄성의 바탕이 되는 존중과 배려의 실천 방안은 무엇보다 먼저 스스로 본인을 중하게 여기며 자기 배려 우선 교육이 필요하며, 쉼을 통한 여유를 가질 수 있는 교육이 중요하다. 따라서 이제는 사람들 모두가 스스로에게 방향성을 맞추고 스스로를 성찰할 때 지금까지 반복했던 문제들이 해결되어질 것이고, 기존에 가지고 있었던 틀을 깨고 헌법에서 언급하는 규범적 가치가 아닌 그 가치를 삶으로 보여주는 삶의 사회가 될 것이다. 또한 인성 형성은 개인의 삶의 배경과 사람들의 사는 모습을 보고 스스로의 동의로 사람의 삶 전반에 걸쳐서 형성되고 변화되는 것이기에 모든 사람들이 관심을 갖고 함께 실천해야 하는 것이다. 이상의 연구결과를 제시하면 사람에 대한 관심을 통하여 사람을 인정하는 사회가 되어야 한다. 그리고 어떤 상황에서도 스스로 삶의 주체로 사는 진정한 쉼을 통해 스스로에게 여유를 주고 상호존중과 배려하는 시간을 갖도록 관심을 가져야 할 것이다.

This study was conducted to practice the personality education should be directed using an exploratory research method through literature research, and an empirical research method by experience and observation of the researcher. Also, it was aimed to seek for a practical application of personality education in the real life setting where mutual respect and caring are considered to be the core of its values. The practical application of values of respect for human beings is first, education about humans as a whole, second, education about self-recognition, third, education about role and equality, fourth, education about establishment of dependence, This can be practical education to establish the value of human respect. The practical application of caring value is first, self-care education is needed to take care for oneself first. also, education that can have a break and leisure is important. Second, education that emphasizes communication should be practiced. Based on the results of this study, these implications are suggested for the ctivation of humanity education. First, schools should recognize people themselves through caring for people. also, one, as the subject of their own life, should be paid attention to, not the passive one that is affected by the outside objects. Second, one should live a life where they‘care for themselves and self sufficient’ and living a itself rather than knowing about life is required. We must break the existing framework and show it as life, not the normative value mentioned in the Constitutio.
