This paper aims to research on the order of presentation with Korean monophthong in myanmar universities. To this end, the study first examined the status of the Korean monophthong education being conducted at the Yangon university of foreign language and the Mandalay university of foreign language, and diagnosed the problem. And this study precisely analyzed the Korean and Myanmar monopthong systems, and analyzed the similarities and differences between the vowel systems of the two languages. In these contrast analyses, this study showed that Myanmar's students had vowels that was easy to learn and vowels that was difficult to acquire. As a reseult, the order of presentation with Korean monophthong is as follows; /i/, /u/ → /o/ → /a/ → /ə/ → /e/(ㅔ, ㅐ) → /i/.
