The present work demonstrates the preparation of tin oxide (SnO2) nanofibers (NF) and nanobelts (NB) as an electron transporting layer (ETL) for perovskite solar cells (PSCs) by using electrospinning technique. The prepared nanofibers and nanobelts were further used as an ETL for PSCs. Our optimized results show power conversion efficiency (PCE) >16 % (JSC=22.46 mAcm-2, VOC=1.081 V and FF=0.66) for SnO2 nanobelts using (FAPbI3)0.85(MAPbI3)0.15 perovskite absorber layer with good stability which is much higher than SnO2 NF (12.93 %) morphology. Nevertheless, the synthesis of SnO2 NF/NB ETLs simple, low-cost and large scale method for PSCs.
