본 연구는 전문대학 재학생들의 회계· 세무 관련 교과목에 NCS(국가직무능력표준)을 적용한 현장중심의 교육과정을 개발하여 적용한 후, 교육과정의 운영성과를 측정하기 위해서 실시되었다. NCS를 기반으로 하는 교육과정 등에 대한 인식을 파악하고, 교육과정의 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 도출하고자 하였다. 또한 이러한 결과를 통해서 세무 및 회계 관련 학과의 NCS 기반 교육과정의 운영성과의 문제점 도출과 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이에 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, NCS 기반 교육과정의 요인 중에서 교육내용과 교육환경에서는 교육성과에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, NCS 기반 교육과정의 요인 중에서 교육내용만이 취업인지도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, NCS를 기반으로 하는 교육성과가 취업인지도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 세무 및 회계 관련학과에서 NCS 기반 교육과정에 따라 교육을 받고 있는 학습자를 대상으로 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 진행한 결과 대표적 문제점으로 향상심화과정 운영에 대한 실효성 문제를 제기하였으며 직무능력평가 실시 후 진행되는 향상심화과정은 학습자들의 집중력을 저해할 뿐만 아니라 학습의욕 고취에도 문제가 있는 것으로 지적하였다. 이는 향상심화과정이 가지고 있는 교육 목적에 대해 고민해볼 필요성이 있으며 향상심화과정의 학습효과가 긍정적이라면 그 운영시기에 대해서 다시 한 번 검토해볼 필요성이 있을 것으로 판단된다.

The purpose of this study was to develop and apply field - oriented curriculum using NCS (National Inability Standard) to accounting and tax related subjects of 2 - year university students and to measure the performance of the curriculum. NCS-based curriculum, and the effect of curriculum on educational outcomes and employment awareness. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, among the factors of NCS - based curriculum, it showed that there is a positive (+) influence on the educational performance in the educational content and the educational environment. Second, among the factors of NCS - based curriculum, only the contents of education showed a positive (+) influence on the recognition of employment. Third, NCS - based educational achievement has a positive (+) effect on job recognition. Finally, focus group interviews were conducted for learners who are receiving training according to the NCS-based curriculum in the tax and accounting related departments. As a representative problem, the question of effectiveness of operation of the enhancement course was raised. The improvement process not only impedes the concentration of learners, but also points out that there is a problem in learning motivation. This suggests that there is a need to think about the educational purpose of the improvement process. If the improvement effect of the improvement process is positive, it is necessary to review the operation timing again.
