It has been shown recently that the hybrid composite can offer more attractive engineering properties by using the concept of hybridization with two different fibers incorporated in a common concrete matrix. This study is performed to examine the slump, compressive strength, flexural strength and fracture resistance for steel and glass fiber reinforced polymer concrete(SFRPC and GFRPC) and hybrid fiber reinforced polymer concrete(HFRPC) using glass fiber, steel fiber and glass fiber-steel fiber combination. Test results indicated that the hybrid fiber reinforced polymer concrete(HFRPC) provided better enhancement for compressive strength, flexural strength and fracture resistance of SFRPC and GFRPC. Also, test results indicated that the hybrid fiber reinforced polymer concrete(HFRPC) could reduce the size and amount of crack in the impact resistance.
