본 연구의 목적은 HRD 관점에 기초하여 예비유아교사의 실천지능 검사도구를 개발하고 평가 도구로서의 적절성을 검증하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 HRD와 실천지능에 관한 문헌을 고찰하여 예비유아교사 실천지능을 6개의 요인으로 구성하고 그에 따라 문항을 구성하였으며, 유아교육전문가 3인, 유아교육박사 수료 2인에게 2차에 거쳐 내용타당도를 검증받았다. 또한 문항의 양호도 분석을 실시하였으며, 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 예비유아교사 실천지능 요인분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 HRD에 기초한 예비유아교사 실천지능의 요인은 정보수집 및 문제해결(9 문항), 교양지식 및 활용능력(11 문항), 자기이해 및 개발 능력(9 문항), 전공지식 및 활용 능력(11 문항), 타인이해 및 의사소통능력(10 문항), 신념 및 태도(8 문항)등 58문항으로 개발되었다. 이에 대한 내적일치도 계수인 Cronbach’s α값은 .90으로 나타났고, 하위요인 간 상관분석도 모두 .05수준에서 유의한 결과를 보였다. 또한 예비유아교사 실천지능을 유형화하기 위하여 군집분석을 실시하였는데 그 결과 전공지식 및 활용능력이 높은 유형, 교양지식 및 활용능력이 높은 유형, 강한 신념 및 태도 유형, 타인이해 및 의사소통 능력이 높은 유형 등 4개의 유형으로 군집화 되었다. 이러한 결과가 통계적으로 유의한 결과인지를 검증하기 위해 판별분석을 실시하였는데 원래의 집단 케이스 중 85.1%가 올바로 분류되어 판별력이 양호한 것으로 분석되었다. 이는 본 연구에서 개발한 검사도구가 예비유아교사 실천지능을 검사하기에 적합한 도구임을 입증하는 결과이다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 HRD 관점에서의 예비유아교사 실천지능 검사도구의 활용과 실천지능 향상을 위한 방법 및 지향점 등에 대해 논의 하였다.

The purpose of this study was to develop, validate and typology a practical intelligence scale for pre-service Kindergarten teacher. The research questions for the purpose of this study as follows: Research Question #1: How does the practical intelligence scale of the construction and validation for pre-service Kindergarten teacher measure, based on HRD perspective? Research Question #2: What are the validate and typology results of the practical intelligence scale for pre-service Kindergarten teacher based on HRD perspective? For the research question #1, the researcher reviewed literature related with teacher certification and practical intelligence (of pre-service Kindergarten teacher based on HRD perspective). For the research question #2, concept maps of practical intelligence and good teaching were analyzed. Items’ distributions, frequencies, means, standard deviations, skewness and kurtoses were evaluated for items’ qualities. Independent t-tests were conducted in the range between upper 25% and lower 25% over all items. Carmer’s V was calculated for the analysis of correlations between the items. Exploitative factor analysis was performed for construct validity. Six factors were extracted by principle axis factoring and orthogonal rotation. The summary of this study is as follows: First, the practical intelligence scale for pre-service Kindergarten teacher based on HRD perspective consists of 6 factors, 58 items. Second, Cluster analysis and discriminant analysis were conducted for ecological validity. Items were Clustered into four groups and 85% of items were discriminated correctly. In addition, in-depth interviews were done with Kindergarten teacher based on HRD perspective in order to confirm that the scale represents the practical intelligence of pre-service Kindergarten correctly. Qualitative analysis confirmed that the scale is proper for measuring the practical intelligence of pre-service Kindergarten teacher based on HRD perspective.
