The paper examines comprehensively the system change and trend of the dance education in the universities with reflecting the contemporary pending issues.
The study takes a look at the problems revealed amid the change of the dance education in the universities toward the practical use-centered education. Firstly, confusion and duplicity in the educational objectives of the dance department at the university. Secondly, the necessity for the specialized curriculum in the practical use dance education. Thirdly, the concept of the practical use dance is found to be not clear, and thus in confusion.
