Due to the global warming, it is recently under situation that many natural disasters are rapidly increasing. Especially in spring the damage of drought is very terrible. Because of drought, it caused numerous serious things such as poor harvest, domestic animal's dead and lack of water. The drought is not from just one reason. It happens with being related to an enormous shift. In Korea, it had happened in spring in 2001. Since then, it happens by periods. So, we need some effective system for the drought and many experts have been researching it so far. In the study, we could know about the relation among Normalized Difference Vegetation Index(NDVI), Vegetation Condition Index(VCI) and Land Surface Water Index(LSWI) by using MODIS image being possible to analyze it without interruption of time and space. Moreover, we analysis of vegetation index for Korea spring drought evaluation by using monthly climate data of Rural Development Administration(http://weather.rda.go.kr/).
