The Rural planning for village is spatial and regional planning of rural district. So, the plan is difficult to achieve the result to do the purpose without the operation with active involvement of the dweller, a content development through an amenity resource of the village and the support system of the local community. The HAENGBOK village overcame many problems for itself, and to be strengthened of the internal capacity. The HAENGBOK village accomplished the green tourism, farm stay and, green rural experience project. That village was selected to the green rural experience village at 2005 by government. The HAENGBOK village have the well preserved rural landscapes, migratory bird arrival, reed field. The special product of this area is the bean. Mainly contents are farm experience and rural culture according to the seasons. And, the participants of dweller developed agricultural special product and manufactured goods, and have been managed the cultural exchange between the rural-urban and rural experience project. The aims of this study are to look into the developed process of the Hangbok village, to find problems and the solution of the operation, and to argue the developing purpose and direction in order to make the long-term plan out the HAENGBOK village.
