The objective of this study is to analyze the decreasing rate of pollutant loads of N, P and BOD for investigating the effect on the water quality improvement from increasing environmental friendly agriculture farms in Paldang region. According to the analysis of this study, the amount of current excessive N is 3,432 ton (37.8%) and P is 1,174 ton (34.8%). In accordance with the transforming to the environmental friendly agriculture farms up to about 20 % of total farm, N is expected to be 9.2% decreasing, P is expected to be 2.8 % decreasing and BOD is expected to be 9.4% decreasing until 2018.
