최근 관광관련 학과를 비롯한 항공서비스학과를 중심으로 학과의 소속감과 대학의 이미지를 높이며 학업 증진의 효과로 유니폼 착용을 선호하고 있다. 이에 항공서비스학과 학생들을 대상으로 유니폼 만족요인이 학교애착도와 진로태도성숙도에 미치는 영향에 대해 연구하였다. 연구결과 유니폼 만족 요인이 학교애착도에 영향을 미치고 학교애착도가 직업태도성숙도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 목표가 뚜렷한 항공서비스학과 학생들의 학교에 대한 애착도는 체계적인 진로교육과 상담, 취업 관련 프로그램 개발로 연계되었을 때 진로 태도성숙도의 수준을 높이고 더 나아가서 성공적인 취업으로 이끌 수 있을 것이라는 시사점은 제시하였다.

Students have recently preferred to wear a uniform for the purpose of promoting academic performance and to enhance the sense of belonging to the department, image of university, and depart of airline service. Therefore, they studied the depart of airline services students to find out about the impact of uniform satisfaction factors on school attachment and maturity of career attitude. This study showed that factors related to uniform attachment to schools affect the maturity of career attitude. In other words, the goal was to raise the level of maturity of career attitude when the target was linked to systematic career training, counseling, and development of job-related programs.
