본 연구는 임상실습 후 간호대학생의 임상진로 인식 경험의 의미와 본질적 구조를 탐색하기 위해 수집된 자료를 현상학적 연구방법으로 분석한 질적 연구이다. 연구 참여자는 10명이며 자료수집 기간은 2017년 9월 15일부터 12월 22일까지였다. 연구의 주요 질문은 ‘임상실습 후 임상진로에 대해 어떻게 생각하십니까?’였다. 연구결과는 원자료에서 9개의 주제와 4개의 주제묶음을 통해 1개의 핵심주제가 도출되었으며, 1개의 핵심주제는 ‘임상은 종착역이 아닌 간이역’이었다. 4개의 주제 묶음은 ‘감당하기 두려운 간호업무’, ‘겪고 싶지 않은 간호조직 문화’, ‘노력의 보상으로 지원하나 경험과 경력을 쌓는 곳’, ‘사회적 인식의 한계’로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과 임상실습 후 간호대학생은 임상은 오래 일하지 않고 경험과 경력을 쌓는 거쳐 가는 곳이라 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 간호대학생의 임상실습 과정에서 임상 간호업무, 임상 간호전문직 이미지 및 자긍심을 고취 시킬 수 있는 긍정적인 자극을 주는 것이 필요하다.

This study was analyzed using a phenomenological research method as a qualitative study to explore the meaning and nature of clinical career recognition experiences of nursing students after clinical practice. The number of research participants was 10, and the data collection period was from September 15, 2017 to December 22. The main question of the study is, “What do you think about clinical career after clinical practice?” The research concluded with: one core theme, four theme clusters and 9 themes. The one core theme was: ‘clinical is not the last train station but simple station.’ The four theme clusters include: ‘Affordable nursing work’, ‘Culture of nursing organization that can not be experienced,’ ‘Support as a reward of effort But to build up experience and career’, ‘Limits of social recognition’ I found that nursing students after clinical practice recognize that clinical work is not going to work for a long time, but by going through experience and career. Therefore, it is necessary to give positive stimulus that can stimulate the image of clinical nursing work, clinical nursing profession and pride in clinical practice course of nursing students.
