본 연구는 2001-2017 사이에 발간된 47편의 카지노관광 논문을 분석함으로써, 지속가능한 카지노관광을 위한 시사점 및 실행방안을 도출하는데 그 목적을 두었다. 연구방법으로 주요 이해관계자를 정부, 기업, 거주민, 관광객으로 구분하고, 각 이해관계자에 대하여 4개의 지속가능한 관광요소, 즉 경제적, 사회적, 문화적, 환경적 문제와 해결방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 지속가능한 카지노관광을 유지하려면 관련 관광산업들 간에 균형적인 발전이 필요하며, 모든 이해관계자의 협력적 노력이 필요하다. 결론에서 정부관료, 기업가, 그리고 학자들을 위한 시사점과 실행방안을 제시한다.

In this study, 47 casino-tourism articles published between 2001 and 2017 were analyzed to draw implications and suggestions for sustainable casino-tourism. Two classification methods were adopted for this research. One is classifying actors in casino-tourism into four interested parties: government, corporations, residents and tourists. The other one is classifying sustainable tourism factors as economic, social, cultural and environmental. From the research results, to keep sustainable tourism, all industries related to casino should be cooperative and all interested groups work together. In conclusion, detailed research implications are drawn for governors, researchers and practitioners.
