Eosinophilic Annular Erythema (EAE) is a rare disease entity characterized by annular erythematous patches and plaques with tissue eosinophilia usually located on the trunk and extremities. We report a 61-year-old woman with EAE with Churg-Strauss Syndrome (CSS). Histopathological examination demonstrated diffuse perivascular and interstitial infiltration of eosinophils in the dermis, without eosinophil degranulation, flame figures, or granulomatous inflammation. In patients who present with asthma and hypereosinophilia and are negative for antineutrophilic cytoplasmic antibody or vasculitis in histology, a thorough work up is needed. This case suggests clinicians should be aware that EAE may be a unique disease manifestation in CSS.
