Syringoma is a common, benign tumor of eccrine origin. Eruptive syringoma is a rare variant of syringoma, that appear on the face, neck, chest, and axillae of predominately Asian and African American women before or during puberty. It appears as a small skin-colored or slightly pigmented, flat-topped papules with widespread distribution. A 70-year-old man presented with multiple asymptomatic papules of 2-4mm in diameter and distributed symmetrically on the chest, abdomen, axillae. He had no family history. Histologically, there was no change in the epidermis, and in the upper dermis, there were a cystic structure of the two layers of cells with homogenous eosinophilic material inside, and comma or tadpole shapes in some cystic structures. Here, we report a case of late onset generalized eruptive syringoma.
