The purpose of this study is to investigate the significance of farming design through business management approach and examine how to seek the invigoration of business administration record in order to validate this. When examining the results of binomial logistic analysis of agricultural business management characteristics of farmer keeping a business administration record, it was shown that the probability of keeping a farming record increased as the farmer was younger and as score in active implementation factor and information utilization factor was higher. However, there was a thing to which attention should be paid. It turned out not to be valid in stability-seeking factor including implementation characteristics according to plan or writing a farming plan. This is because farming design depends on ‘incomplete memory and information. Finally, it can be concluded that scientific farming design is not done. Above all, there is necessity for motivation that can invigorate the farming record as direction of improving this actual condition. That is to say, selective support and the like should be connected to whether agricultural business plan is submitted and implemented in supporting an agricultural project.
