This study is intended to analyze the level of satisfaction on 4 types of development project for Culture and Tourism-type Market for consumers, namely, ICT business, self-viable strengthening business, publicity and event, and base facilities and analyze the influence of level of satisfaction on Relationship Intention.
By comprehensively gathering the result with the analysis of data collected through the advance studies and questionnaire of 200 persons on SPSS 22, the attributes in all 4 businesses are shown to have significant impact on the level of customer satisfaction and, looking into the detailed contents, personal observation, experience and participation of customers in the market are shown to influence significantly to the level of satisfaction than introduction of ICT technology. And, the customer satisfaction is shown to be significant with the influence on everyone with the Relationship Intention in Revisiting intention and Intention to recommend to others.
