본 연구는 134명의 특수학교 체육교사를 대상으로 특수학교 체육교사의 교직선택동기가 그들의 역할수행에 미치는 영향을 알아보고 그 관계에서 교직적응탄력성의 매개효과를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 특수학교 체육교사의 교직선택동기는 교직적응탄력성에 직접적인 영향을 미치고 있으며 사회적 존경과 교직적성 요인이 상대적으로 높은 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 특수학교 체육교사의 교직선택동기는 그들의 역할수행에도 직접적인 영향을 미치고 있으며 이 역시 사회적 존경과 교직적성 요인이 높은 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 교직적응탄력성은 역할수행에 직접적인 영향을 주고 있고 자기효능감, 사회적 관계, 환경 및 생활만족, 정책적지지 등의 하위요인이 역할수행에 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 특수학교 체육교사의 교직적응탄력성은 교직선택동기와 역할수행의 관계에서 완전매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 특수학교 체육교사의 교직선택동기와 역할수행을 높이기 위해서는 그들의 교직적응탄력성을 중요하게 고려해야 한다는 시사점을 제공한다.

The purpose of this study was to figure out the mediate effect of physical education teacher’s in special schools resilience on relationship between their the motives of for selecting the teaching profession and role performance. Data was collected of special class by questionnaire survey method. A total of 134 physical education teachers in special schools participated in this study. The results as follow: First, the study said the physical education teacher’s in special schools the motives of for selecting the teaching profession had influence on their resilience. Especially teacher aptitude and social respect factors had powerful effect on physical education teacher’s resilience. Secondly, physical education teacher’s in special schools the motives of for selecting the teaching profession had influence on their role performance. Particularly teacher aptitude and social respect factors had powerful effect on it. Thirdly, physical education teacher’s in special schools resilience had influence on their teacher efficacy. In particular physical education teacher’s in special schools resilience of sub-factors; self-efficacy, social relationship, environment and life satisfaction, policy support had powerful effect on their role performance. Last, physical education teacher’s in special schools resilience had complete mediation the relationship between their the motives of for selecting the teaching profession and role performance.
