In this research, recently, in order to analyze the case of large-scale natural disasters occurred in Southeast Asia and to minimize the damage in the development of the ASEAN disaster management system, it is necessary to construct an effective emergency disaster response system There are arguments that military support measures among them are the quickest and most efficient. Through the case presented, we found that the construction of regional emergency disaster response system and military support measures will affect the minimization of disaster damage. We divided them into three main items of military support and quickly and efficiently confirmed through direct military support activities that it directly affected the damage minimization. First, in order to respond to emergency disasters, quick decision making and systematic system operation are decisive, and this has led to a policy implication that it can be backed up via "strengthening military support" . Secondly, advanced cases were analyzed and structured to strengthen ASEAN cooperation on military support in emergency disaster response system. Regional cooperation in ASEAN disaster management is a humanitarian role at the community level, an essential effort to minimize the damage. In order to operate an emergency disaster response system, it is necessary to accompany the system support usually, and a systematic military support activity with guaranteed promptness and efficiency must be preceded.
