본고의 테제는 전통적 진리개념과 달리 ‘하이데거의 진리는 유한한 시간 속에서 생기하는 근원적 존재진리’라는 것이다. 여기엔 이를 뒷받침하기 위한 다음 세 가지 논증이 따른다. 1. 하이데거가 말하는 진리는 실존론적 진리로서 존재진리다. 이 진리는 어떤 진술이 아니라 현존재의 존재에서 일어난다. 그리고 진술적 진리가 가능하도록 한다. 왜냐하면 실존론적 진리는 진리/비진리를 모두 포함하는 하나의 근원적 진리이기 때문이다. 2. 하이데거의 존재진리는 항상 존재함이 아니라 무에서 발현한다. 이렇게 근원적인 존재진리는 어떤 부정성을 포함하고 있다. 이런 부정성은 무의 무화에 근거한다. 그런데 지성을 통한 진술로는 이런 무를 온전히 파악할 수 없다. 무에 대한 경험은 오로지 불안과 같은 근본기분에서만 가능하다. 이런 불안은 현존재의 근원적 기분으로서 우연적이다. 3. 하이데거의 존재진리는 우연성을 특징으로 가진다. 이 우연성은 존재의 생기와 현존재의 자유로 구성된다. 생기에 의해 처해진 상황을 인정하고 그런 상황을 극복하고자 하는 것이 우연성의 특징이다. 그리고 이것은 시간성의 기재와 장래의 성격에 그대로 적중한다. 따라서 이 우연성이 곧 시간성이라고 할 수 있다.

In contrast to the traditional concept of truth, the thesis of this essay is that Heidegger's truth is a primordial truth that occurs in finite time. Here are three arguments to support this. 1. Heidegger's truth is the truth of being as an existential truth. This truth arises not from any statement but from the being of Dasein. It makes the truth of statement possible, because the existential truth is a primordial truth that includes both truth and non-truth. 2. Heidegger's truth of being does not always exist, but manifests itself in the nothingness. This primordial truth of being contains any negativity. This negativity is based on the nihilation of nothingness. However, a statement through our apprehension cannot grasp this kind of nothingness. The experience of nothingness is only possible in a basic feeling like anxiety. This anxiety is contingent as a primordial mood of Dasein. 3. Heidegger's truth of being is characterized by contingency. This contingency consists of the Ereignis of being and the freedom of Dasein. It is a characteristic of this contingency to acknowledge the situation imposed by the Ereignis and to overcome such a situation. It goes right to the character of been-ness (Gewesenheit) and future (Zukunft) in the temporality. Therefore, this contingency can be said to be the temporality.
