본 연구의 목적은 청소년 후기에 속하는 대학생의 발달적 특성인 자율성, 사회적 유대감, 진로효능감이 대학생활적응에 미치는 영향을 탐색하는 것이다. 연구의 목적을 수행하기 위해 2012년 9월 423명의 대학생으로부터 자료를 수집하였다. 연구결과 자율성, 사회적 유대감, 진로효능감이 모두 대학생활적응에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 확인되었다. 대학생활적응을 학업적응, 사회환경적응, 심리적응으로 나누어 분석한 결과, 학업적응과 사회환경적응에는 사회적 유대감과 진로효능감이, 심리적응에는 자율성과 사회적 유대감이 유의미한 영향을 미치는 요인으로 확인되었다. 발달특성 중 사회적 유대감은 대학생활적응 전 영역에 영향을 미치는 요인이었으며 영향력 또한 가장 컸다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 대학생의 학교생활적응을 위해 발달적 관점에 기반하여 자율성, 사회적 유대감, 진로효능감을 향상시킬 수 있는 체계적인 프로그램을 개발할 것을 제안하였다.

The purpose of this study was to examine developmental factors (autonomy, social connectedness and career self-efficacy) influencing college adjustment. Respondents of this study consisted of 423 college students in Korea. The results revealed significant impacts of autonomy, social connectedness, career self-efficacy on college adjustment. Social connectedness and career self-efficacy significantly influenced academic adjustment and social environmental adjustment of college students. And social connectedness and autonomy significantly influenced college students' psychological adjustment. According to the results, college education and guidance to students should be oriented to enhance developmental traits including autonomy, social connectedness and career self-efficacy.
