본 연구의 목적은 학교사회복지학 교과과정의 타당도를 높이기 위해 학교사회복지사에게 중요하게 요구되는 기초능력, 직무능력, 직무과업을 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 학교사회복지 전문가와 현장의 학교사회복지사를 대상으로 직무수행 자료를 수집하였다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육/훈련, 고객서비스, 행정/관리, 마케팅, 컴퓨터와 같은 기초능력이 중요한 역량으로 선별되었다. 둘째, 학생이해, 지역사회실천, 사례관리, 문제해결의 직무역량이 중요한 직무능력으로 파악되었다. 셋째, 개별상담, 지역사회연계, 자원개발 등이 중요한 직무과업으로 확인되었다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 교과과정 타당도를 높이기 위한 실천적 전략들을 제안하였다.

This study is aimed to identify school social worker's basic competencies(knowledge, skill, and ability), job competencies and job tasks that being used most frequently in school field in order to develop a curriculum contents of school social work course. The data carried out a survey targeting school social work professional and school social workers at the field. There are three main outcomes. First, basic KSAs were classified such as education/training, customer service, sociality, speaking, fluency of idea, and so on. Second, the important job competencies were identified understanding student, community practice, case management and problem solving that effect on job performance. Third, essential job tasks, as an individual counseling, community networking, and developing resources, were introduced that were needed to perform social work behavior successfully. According to the results, researchers proposed a matrix that were composed of three dimension curriculum contents, and some practical strategics for the developing new curriculum.
