본 硏究는 韓國語 學習者의 作文을 談話 次元에서 分析하여 韓國語 쓰기 敎育에 도움을 주고자 한다. 특히 본 연구에서는 학습자들이 內容을 어떻게 組織하는지에 關心을 두고 연구를 하려고 하며 이것은 意味的인 凝集性에 초점을 두는 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 학습자들이 意味的인 凝集性을 갖추고 內容을 組織하는지를 살펴보기 위해서 段落 내의 構成과 段落 간의 連結, 그리고 全體 텍스트에서 序論, 本論, 結論이 適切하게 連結되어 있는지를 살펴보았다. 그 결과 학습자들은 문장 간이나 단락 간의 연결을 잘 못하고 있었는데 특히 接續語의 使用을 잘 못하고 있었다. 또한 단락 내의 의미가 응집성 있게 제시되지 못했으며, 서론, 본론, 결론의 전체 구성을 잘 못하고 있었다. 특히 序論 內容을 바탕으로 本論이 이루어져야 하며, 序論과 本論의 內容으로 結論을 써야 한다는 것을 잘 모르고 있었다.

This study aims to help Korean language learners analyzing Korean learner's compositions. To this date, many studies have analyzed grammatical errors in sentence level of a text. Therefore, current study attempts to analyze Korean learner's compositions in a discourse level of a text. In particular, the study focuses on the idea organization done by the students. Because, creating well-organized texts is very important in order to communicate effectively with a reader. Well-organized texts means ideas are very closely connected each other on the main idea of the text. That is focusing on the semantic coherence Accordingly, it analyzes construction of the text including the connections and the constructions of the paragraphs whether the text have coherence in organizing of the ideas. The results of the study indicate that students had difficulties in connecting sentences and paragraphs using conjunctions. Students also seems to have more difficulties in writing logical evidences in the paragraph. They represent the illogical evidence and unconnected evidence with the topic of the paragraph, so it cause coherence breaks in the paragraph. Furthermore, students don't know that the other paragraphs of the text should be connected to the content of the introduction and they tended to reach illogical and insufficient conclusion.
