本考는 『海東樂章』의 여러 特徵的 樣相들에 주목하여 이 가집의 編纂 特性과 그 所用 目的에 대해 살펴보았다. 『해악』은 3種의 異本이 있는데 모두 舊王宮과 관련된 소장 정보를 갖고 있다. 또한 해악에는 歌曲源流系 가집들의 편찬시기를 가늠할 수 있는 「安玟英 序文」이 남아 있고, 『가곡원류』 편찬의 실질적 인물인 安玟英의 時調 작품들이 상당수 수록되어 있다. 특히 안민영의 시조 작품들은 주로 王室 대상의 頌祝 시조(樂章類 시조)들과 안민영 藝人 집단의 주요 구성원이었던 妓生 관련 시조들이 수록되어 있는데, 이러한 작품 수록 양상은 안민영의 개인적 관심과 의도가 깊게 반영된 것이며 이는 다른 가곡원류계 가집과는 변별되는 『해악』만의 差別化된 가집 편집 의식에 의한 것임을 확인할 수 있었다. 요컨대 『해악』은 대원군을 위시한 왕실과 박효관·안민영의 예인 집단 등 특정 향유 범위에서의 所用을 위해 편찬된 가집이다.

Haedongakjang is Sijo Anthologies(歌集) that is collecting most works among different versions of Gagokwonryu. An, Min-yeong works have been collected most to this Sijo Anthologies, and An, Min-yeong's preface that can know compilation time of Gagokwonryu has been collected. Also, when Geumokchongbu go through close thing, Hae- dongakjang is Sijo Anthologies that is edited from cultural space connected with Anminyeong or the surrounding persons and is enjoyed. Features of An, Min-yeong work collected on Haedongakjang chapter are first, works of royal family blessing for DaeWongun and the surrounding person. Second, works of Haedongakjang are continuous with Gisaeng who and An, Min-yeong have much private acquaintance. This works talk Sijo Anthologies used in limited extent for specification persons and DaeWongun. Therefore, Haedongakjang give expression to Gagok Sijo Anthologies that put into elegance in group of artists and royal family.
