이 글은 16世紀 한글 資料들에 대한 現況 把握을 目的으로 하고 있다. 여기서 現況 把握이란 16世紀 한글 資料들의 所藏者 및 所藏處와 관련한 所藏 現況은 물론이고, 그들 자료에 대한 연구의 現在 結果를 포함한다. 소장 현황에 대하여 관심을 가지고자 한 것은 原典 資料에 대한 不斷한 관계 유지를 통하여 당시 言語 現實에 다가서고, 圖書館에 잠자고 있는 자료들에 대하여 認識을 새로이 할 필요가 있음을 뜻하는 것이며, 각 문헌에 대한 硏究 論著 目錄 작성을 통하여 개별 자료들이 연구된 현황을 파악하고자 한 것은 그동안 연구의 資料와 主題 目錄을 확인할 필요가 있음을 인식한 결과이다. 그를 통하여 旣存의 연구 대상에서 疏外되어 온 자료의 目錄은 물론 관심의 領域 밖에 존재해 왔던 主題 目錄도 가늠해 볼 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. 본 조사·연구의 주된 목적은 국어의 史的 硏究過程에 필요한 보다 정확한 情報를 提供하고자 하는 것이었다.

The subject of this study is to understand the current situation of the Korean materials in 16th century. Understanding the current situation includes the studies on the material as well as who possesses the Korean material in 16th century and where they are. The interest in who possesses them is to approach the language situation in the specific period by having continuous relationship with the original reference and to recognize the necessity to find out the references that are sitting in the libraries. In addition, the purpose to understand the situation of the studies on individual reference by listing the related studies is to realize the necessity to confirm the list of the references and subjects that have been accomplished. By doing so, it is expected to estimate the list of references that have not been focused and of subjects that are not in the common interest. The main purpose of this study is to provide more accurate information that is essential to the historical study of Korean language.
