이 연구는 선도명상 수련자를 대상으로 영성과 창의적 리더십과의 직접적인 영향과 영성과 창의적 리더십과의 관계에서 기감이 매개효과를 나타내는지를 알아보고자 하였다. Y시 소재 천화원에서 선도명상 수련자 604명을 대상으로 영성, 기감, 창의적 리더십에 대한 설문지 조사를 하였다. 그 결과, 창의적 리더십의 하위영역인 문제해결 리더십에 영향을 미치는 영성과 기감의 변인으로써 자각, 내적자원, 자비심, 기감으로 나타났다. 개인적 리더십에 미치는 영성과 기감의 변인로는 자각, 내적자원, 자비심, 기감, 초월성이 영향을 미쳤다. 기감의 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 경로분석과 Sobel 검증을 실시한 결과, 영성의 하위영역인 초월성, 자각, 내적자원이 문제해결 리더십과의 관계에서 매개효과를 나타냈으며 개인적 리더십에는 자각, 내적자원, 자비심, 초월성에서 기감이 매개효과를 보였다. 이의 결과로 미루어 볼 때 영성이 창의적 리더십에 직접적인 영향을 미쳤으며 호흡, 명상을 통하여 터득한 기감이 영성과 창의적 리더십에 매개효과를 나타냄으로써 기감이 간접적인 역할을 알 수 있었다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the direct effects of spirituality and creative leadership on Sundo meditation practitioners and mediating effects of emotions on spirituality and creative leadership. A questionnaire survey on spirituality, feeling sense of Qi, and creative leadership was conducted on 604 sundo meditating practitioners in the Y city, Chunhwawon. As a result, self-awareness, internal resources, compassion, and feeling sense of Qi were found as the variables of spirituality and feeling sense of Qi affecting problem-solving leadership which is a sub-area of creative leadership. Self-awareness, inner resources, compassion, feeling sense of Qi, and transcendence were influenced by spirituality and feeling sense of Qi affect on personal leadership. As a result of path analysis and Sobel’s test to verify the mediating effect of feeling sense of Qi, transcendence, self-awareness, internal resource sub - domains such as transcendence, self-awareness, and internal resources showed mediating effects in problem-solving leadership. Personal leadership includes self- awareness, internal resources, and transcendence showed mediating effects. As a result, spirituality has a direct impact on creative leadership, and the feeling sense of Qi learned through breathing and meditation mediates spirituality and creative leadership.
