RNA molecule has been considered the unstable molecule in the cellular environments because of its natural property. However, RNA nanotechnology provides the new possibility for increasing the stability and functionality. Here, we conjugated the pRNA-nanoparticle hybrid nanostructure to develop the resistive memory and miRNA detection biosensor applications. The pRNA and QD were coupled with RNA aptamer-based conjugation method for resistive bioelectronic device application. The pRNA-QD hybrid was confirmed by gel electrophoresis. Then, the prepared pRNA-QD hybrid was immobilized on to Au surface. To assess the property, the STS was measured to validate the electrical bi-stable properties that display resistive memory function. Furthermore, 3WJ was also conjugated with the Au nanoparticle (AuNP) using RNA aptamer for miRNA biosensor using EC-SERS. The pRNA -AuNP hybrid was used as the signal enhancer for miRNA detection.
