본 연구는 사회복지현장실습을 이수한 복지전공 학생들을 대상으로 실습슈퍼바이저에 대한 인식을 종합적으로 파악하여 슈퍼바이저의 역할상을 고찰하고자 초점집단인터뷰를 진행하였다. 사회복지 슈퍼비전에 대한 기본적 인식, 슈퍼바이저에 대한 인식, 슈퍼바이저에 대한 요망 등 세 개 영역에서 8개의 반구조화된 질문형태를 제시하면서 상호 의견개진과 토의가 진행되었다. 그에 따른 내용을 분석한 결과, ‘내가 생각하는 슈퍼비전’, ‘슈퍼바이저에 대한 긍정적 인식과 만족도’, ‘슈퍼바이저에 대한 문제적 인식과 요망’ 등 3개 주제로 범주화되었다. 이를 바탕으로 사회복지현장실습에서의 슈퍼바이저에 대한 긍정적 요인과 문제적 요인을 파악하여 실습 효과성 도모에 기여하는 슈퍼비전 기능 및 슈퍼바이저의 역할상을 논의하였다.

This study is intended to understand the overall recognition of students who major in Social Welfare Studies and completed social work field placement on practicing supervisors, and contemplate supervisors’ roles. For this, a focus group interview was performed. While 8 half-structured questions were presented in three fields of the basic recognition on social welfare supervision, the recognition on supervisors and wishes to supervisors, opinions were stated, and discussion was conducted. The result shows that there were three categorized themes, which are ‘supervision that I consider’, ‘positive recognition and satisfaction degree on supervisors’ and ‘problematic recognition and wishes about supervisors’. Based on this, positive factors and problematic factors about supervisors in the social welfare field practicing were comprehended, and the their roles that can contribute to effectiveness of field practicing were discussed.
