최근 장애인들이 책을 읽을 때 필요로 하는 물리적, 가상적, 인지적 접근 방법들을 적용하도록 하는 정책과 전문 서비스, 기술 개발은 지속적으로 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 장애 유형별로 적합한 데이지도서 기반의 독서보조기기 개발을 위하여 사용자 그룹 유형을 분류하고, 장애 유형별 데이지 도서 접근성 특성 도출을 위하여 독서보조기기 사용에 관한 요구사항 분석을 하였다. 필요에 따른 데이지독서보조기기의 개발 방안 도출을 위해 국내외 데이지독서보조기기 기능 분석과 3단계의 사용자 요구사항 분석을 수행하였다. 1단계는 데이지독서보조기기 사용 환경을 기준으로 사용자를 분류하였으며, 2단계 전문가의 타당성 검토를 받았다. 그리고 3단계에서는 사용자 포커스 그룹 인터뷰를 진행하여 데이지독서보조기기의 기능과 사용자 요구사항을 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 보조기기는 간단한 데이지플레이어기기가 필요하고 데이지뷰어소프트웨어는 기능별 모듈화가 가능하기에 단일 소프트웨어와 이와 연동되는 입출력 보조기기가 필요하다. 요구되는 세부 기능에 대한 분석이 함께 제시 되었다.

The policy, professional service, and technology development for appling physical, cyber, or cognitive accessibility when people with disabilities read books are progressing recently. In this study, to develop a reading assistive device based on Daisy contents regarding to various types of disabilities, we grouped the types of disability user groups and analyzed the requirements for using reading assistive devices by the groups. In order to derive the development strategies of Daisy assistive devices according to user needs, we analyzed English and Korean Daisy assistive devices, and user requirements through three stages. In the first stage, the functions of Daisy assistive devices and visual-perceptual ability and hand movements ability of the users were matched. In the second stage, the appropriateness was examined through expert consultation. Then, focus group interviews were conducted to analyze Daisy Player functions and user requirements. As a result, simple Daisy player is needed with core functions. Also, Daisy viewer software is need by functional modules with input and output assistive devices. Specific functions required were presented with the results.
