Milia are benign keratinous cysts and may arise spontaneously as in primary one or secondary to many processes. Idiopathic multiple eruptive milia (MEM) is a rare skin condition characterized by sudden onset of multiple milia occurring mainly on the head, neck, trunk and hands. Milia en plaque(MEP) is a variant of primary milia characterized by multiple milia on an erythematous background. Both of them are rare disorders and a few cases have been reported, respectively. In particular, the number of case reports about the simultaneous occurrence of these tow dermatoses on a single patient has been only reported one in the English literature. In conclusion, we have reported a rare case of simultaneous MEM and MEP on a single patient.
