본 연구의 목적은 재혼 교육프로그램의 개발을 위한 기초연구로서 재혼교육프로그램에 대한 요구도를 파악하고, 부부관계와 부모자녀관계 향상을 위한 재혼 교육프로그램의 교육내용별 요구도를 파악하는데 있다. 연구대상은 광주광역시에 거주하고 있는 재혼부부 123쌍을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였다. 그리고 수집된 데이터는 SAS 6.12를 이용하여 통계 처리하여 빈도, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차 그리고 paired-t검증을 실시하였다. 본 연구를 분석한 결과 첫째, 재혼 교육프로그램이 실시될 경우 참여희망률은 재혼한 아내가 재혼한 남편보다 더 높게 나타났고, 부부관계 개선이나 자녀양육에 도움이 될 것 같다는 이유 때문에 교육에 참여하고자 하였다. 또 참여를 원하는 사람만을 대상으로 구체적인 요구도를 분석해 본 결과, 재혼한 부부가 교육받기 원하는 시간은 오후 6시 이후이었고, 1회～5회 교육이 실시되기를 원하였고, 교육에 함께 참여하기에 5쌍의 부부가 적당하다고 하였으며, 1주일에 한번 교육받기를 원하였다. 그리고 강의와 토의 방식의 교육을 원하였고, 교육장소로는 사회복지관을 선호하였으며, 교육시간으로는 1～2시간이 적당하다고 하였다. 둘째, 부부관계와 부모자녀관계 향상을 위한 전체 교육내용의 요구도에서 남편의 요구도와 아내의 요구도는 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 부부관계 향상을 위한 교육내용으로 재혼으로 인해 부부간에 발생할 수 있는 문제와 그 해결책, 배우자와의 갈등을 수용하고 해결하는 방법이 선호되고 있었다. 그리고 부모자녀관계 향상을 위한 교육내용으로 자녀와의 바람직한 대화요령과 올바른 자녀교육을 위한 부모의 교육적 자세가 선호되고 있었다. 따라서 앞으로 이러한 결과가 반영된 재혼 교육프로그램을 개발하여 궁극적으로 재혼예정자와 초기 재혼자의 부부관계와 부모자녀관계의 향상에 실질적인 도움을 주고자 한다.
The purpose of this study is to identify the need for remarriage education programs as a basic research for the development of remarriage education programs and to grasp the needs of the remarriage education programs for the improvement of marital relationship and parental relationship. The subjects of this study were 123 couples who remarried in Gwangju metropolitan city. The data analyzing method were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, paired-t test through SAS 6.12. The results of this study are as follows: First, when the remarriage education program was implemented, the participation rate was higher than that of the remarried husband and the marriage relationship is improved. As a result of analyzing the specific needs of the people who want to participate, the time for the remarried couple to get education was after 6 pm, and they wanted one to five times education, and that they wanted to be trained once a week. And they wanted a lecture and discussion type education, preferred a social welfare center as a place to educate. Second, there was no difference in between the husband`s needs and the wife`s needs in the need of the whole education contents to improve the husband-wife relationship and the parent-child relationship. As the content of the education for improvement of marital relations, the method to accept and resolve the problems that may arise between husband and wife due to remarriage, its solution, and the conflict with the spouse has been preferred. The contents of education for improvement of the parent-child relationship were favored for good conversation with children and parents` educational attitude for correct child education. Therefore, we would like to develop a remarriage education program that reflects these results in the future, and ultimately to give practical help to improve marital relationship and parent-child relationship of the remarried and early remarriage.
