본 연구의 목적은 DISC 행동유형과 사주명리학 일간(10天干)의 성격을 비교 연구하는 것이다. 이를 위해 DISC 행동유형의 주도형(Dominance), 사교형(Influence), 안정형(Steadiness), 신중형(Conscientiousness)의 4가지 행동유형으로 분류하고, 각각의 유형에 따른 성격특성을 분석하였다. 사주명리학은 갑(甲), 을(乙), 병(丙), 정(丁), 무(戊), 기(己), 경(庚), 신(辛), 임(壬), 계(癸)의 일간(10天干)으로 분류하고, 각각의 성격특성을 분석하였다. 연구결과, DISC 행동유형의 성격특성과 사주명리학 일간(10天干)의 성격특성은 유형에 따라 각각 다르게 나타났다. 또한 DISC 행동유형과 사주명리학 일간(10天干)의 성격특성에 대한 상호 연관성을 비교 분석하니 매우 유사하였다. 본 연구는 향후 학문적 실증으로 끝나는 것이 아니라 성격의 장점 및 보완점에 대해 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있는 구체적인 방안을 제시할 필요가 있다.

This study aimed to make a comparative analysis of the characters for the DISC behavior types and the Ten Calendar Signs in Saju Myeongri. To do this, classification was made into four types-dominance, influence, steadiness, and conscientiousness-to analyze the personality traits in each category. Saju Myeongri makes classification into the Ten Calendar Signs-Gap, Eul, Byeong, Jeong, Mu, Gi, Gyeong, Shin, Im, and Gye-to analyze each personality trait. The DISC behavior types and the Ten Calendar Signs in Saju Myeongri led to different personality traits. As for the correlation between the DISC behavior types and the Ten Calendar Signs in Saju Myeongri, they led to very similar personality traits. Further research should be conducted to present a specific plan for having positive effects on the pros and cons of each personality, instead of being limited to being empirical research.
