전자상거래의 확대에 따라 업체 간 경쟁이 물류 효율성 경쟁으로 이어지고 있다. 전자상거래 업체들은 예측배송시스템 등 다양한 전략으로 차별화를 두면서 자체 물류센터를 통한 재고관리시스템을 구축하는 등 자사의 배 송 경쟁력을 키우고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 전자상거래 환경에서 효과를 극대화할 수 있는 물류시설의 입지 선정 방안을 예측배송시스템 관점에서 제시하고자 중앙 및 지역 거점으로 구분하여 두 거점 유형의 입지 선정 방안을 제시하였다. 입지 선정 요인은 기존의 다양한 문헌검토를 톤해 전자상거래 환경을 최대한 반영하는 요인으로 제시하였고, AHP 분석을 실시하여 입지 요인의 중요도 비교를 통해 중앙 및 지역 거점 물류시설의 입지 특성을 구분 규명하였다. 또한 국내 환경에 적용 가능한 위계별 물류시설의 입지 선정 방안을 제안하기 위하여 각 요인별 평가 기준을 설정하여 국내 2개 택배기업이 운영 중인 물류시설을 대상으로 사례 평가하고 각 권역별 최고 득점을 보인 거점을 바탕으로 권역별 거점 배치(안)를 제시하였다. 본 연구는 시대적 변화에 맞게 전자상거래 물류 특성을 반영한 물류시설의 입지 선정 방안을 제시하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

As the E-Commerce has been quickly expanding, courier services by which goods are delivered became more important as the core competency of the E-commerce company. Companies are strengthening their own logistics competitiveness in order to handle rapidly increasing amount of parcel within a consumer` s required time, and particularly have been reinforcing investment in building their own logistics facilities. Logistics facilities, such hub terminal and delivery center, are required to be strategically located. However, criteria for what factors are intensively critical in logistics facilities location under the E-Commerce environment is ambiguous, so companies are used to determining their facilities` location mainly in terms of cost and demand. In this study, 2-hierarchical logistics facility is suitable for speedy delivery system, and this study figured out location of 2-hierarchical logistics facility under `Anticipatory shipping` system concept. This study reviewed lots of existing research related to location of logistics facility to consider all the factors that influence location of logistics facility and conducted AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) analysis to propose locational characteristics of each hierarchical logistics facilities which are central logistics facility and regional logistics facility. As a result of evaluating two courier service companies`s locations, this study can select the most suitable candidate position for logistics facility individually. Because location factors are identified from the 2-hierarchical logistics facility perspective, this study is useful for related companies to evaluate strategic planning of logistics facility location and to select suitable location.
