본 연구는 K대학교의 학생핵심역량을 기반으로 학습역량을 도출하고 이에 대한 교육요구도를 분석하였다. 시간관리, 발표능력, 자기주도력, 자기탐색이 높은 중요도를 나타냈고, 자기 주도력, 의사결정능력, 시간관리가 높은 실행도를 나타냈다. 집중영역에는 발표능력, 자기탐색, 책임감, 정보수집활용능력, 외국어 능력이, 유지 영역에는 시간관리, 자기주도력, 대인관계능력, 의사결정능력, 도전정신, 통합적 추론능력이 포함되었다. 과잉영역에는 추진력과 협업능력이, 저순위 영역에는 공감능력, 문해력, 배려, 목표관리능력, 창의적 문제해결력, 컴퓨터 활용능력, 의사소통력이 포함되었다. 학습자의 중요도와 실행도를 분석한 교육요구도는 학년별, 계열별, 수업유형별, 학습법 프로그램 참여여부별로 차이가 나타났다. 본 연구는 교수자의 관점뿐만 아니라 학습자의 교육요구도에 대한 인식을 탐색하고, 학생의 특성에 따라 어떤 역량 개발 프로그램이 강조되어야 하는지 진단하여 학습법 프로그램을 더욱 효과적으로 운영하기 위해 필요한 시사점을 제공한다.

This study explores the educational needs of private university students by analyzing importance and performance of twenty learning competencies deducted from the students`` core competency inventory used in K University since 2012. It analyzed which learning competencies to concentrate and keep up good work so that learning programs can be more effectively offered for students to develop and strengthen competencies. Focused group interviews and the survey were implemented. Results show that the concentration area of which importance is high, but performance are low includes presentation, self-exploration, responsibility, information collection and use, and foreign language abilities. Also, the area to keep up good work of which both importance and performance are high includes time management, self-directed ability, interpersonal skills, decision-making skills, challenge spirit, and integrated reasoning abilities. These results also showed differences in participants`` characteristics of school year, major, class type, and learning program participation. Results of this study have implication which learning competencies are needed for education according to personal characteristics.
