Exciplex type organic-light emitting diodes of high efficiency were developed using thermally activated delayed fluorescent(TADF) emitters. TADF blue emitting 9,9`-(5-(4,6-diphenyl-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl)-1,3-phenylene)bis(9H-carbazole) (DDCzTrz) and 9,9`,9``-(5-(4,6-diphenyl-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl)benzene-1,2,3-triyl)tris(9H-carbazole) (TCzTrz) were acceptor and bis[4-(9,9-dimethyl-9,10-dihydroacridine)phenyl]sulfone (DMAC-DPS) was a donor material. Respectively the exciplex type devices were show 13.4% and 15.3% external quantum efficiency.
