Eruptive syringoma is a rare clinical presentation of a benign adnexal tumor that derives from the intraepidermal portion of the eccrine sweat ducts. It presents as successive crops of small flesh-colored papules on the anterior body surfaces. It affects about 0.6% of the general population before or during puberty. A 26-year-old woman presented with multiple, light-brownish papules on the both arms and anterior chest for 7 years. A skin biopsy showed several cystic ductal lumina filled with amorphous pinkish material which was consistent with syringoma. One of them was filled with keratin and lined by cells containing keratohyaline granules, resembling milia. The wall of milium like cyst showed positive staining for the carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA). It was diagnosed as milium like eruptive syringoma as histopathologically and clinically. Rare variants of syringoma are known, such as lichen planus type, unilateral linear nevoidal type, alopecia type and eruptive type. Milium like syringoma is one of them and there are 31 documented cases to date. Herein, we report a rare case of milium like eruptive syringoma.
