Papillary intralymphatic angioendothelioma (PILA), also referred to as Dabska tumour, is a very rare neoplasm of lymphatic vascular origin. PILA typically occurs in children and young adults, it is only a few cases of mid to old aged. We report a case of 52-year-old Russian male presented with solitary 0.5x0.5cm sized erythematous to mild brownish papule on the left wrist of 10 years’ duration. Skin biopsy from the lesion showed intercommunicated and slightly dilated vascular channels with papillary intraluminal proliferations in the dermis. The dilated vascular channels revealed positivity for CD31, CD34, and D2-40 staining. Herein, we report a case of papillary intralymphatic angioendothelioma occurred on the middle aged Russian male.
