Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR) inhibitor is one of the chemotherapeutic drugs causing aceniform eruption. Treatments for EGFR inhibitor-induced acneiform eruption include topical erythromycin, metronidazole, fucidic acid, and oral doxycycline or minocycline. Lasers and light-based therapies, and several visible and infrared light systems can be used for second modalities, but the efficacy of laser therapies is not fully established yet. Herein, we describe a case of recalcitrant EGFR inhibitor-induced acneiform eruption in a 30-year-old female successfully treated with non-ablative fractional laser. The skin lesions improved dramatically after three laser sessions over 3 months without any side effects, and no recurrence has been observed after 6 months of follow up. Non-ablative fractional laser can be an alternative treatment for recalcitrant EGFR inhibitor-induced acneiform eruptions.
