Purpose This study aimed to evaluate the strategical changes of movement patterns and measure the MSS(mean segmental score)of children with spastic hemiplegia according to age by observing the standing up movements of spastic hemiplegia children. Method We performed visual analysis on the segmental movement pattern during standing up movement from supine position of 8 normal children and 8 children with spastic hemiplegia. We used Mann-Whitney U test to evaluate the changes in MSS analysis and motion patterns of upper limbs, axis, and lower limbs and the changes of motion strategy in relation to the changes of age in the two groups of children. Result The result are as follows; 1) There was significant difference in MSS analysis on "forward with rotation" of axial region between the two groups of children aged 4~7 years (p
