본 연구의 목적은 국학기공 명상 프로그램이 부적응 여고생의 주의집중력에 미치는 효과를 살펴보고, 주의집중력과 기감과의 상관관계 그리고 문제행동에 어떤 영향을 주는지를 알아보는데 있다. J시여자상업고등학교 야간생을 처치집단으로 하고 동일 지역의 인문계여고생을 비교집단으로 하여 각각 17명과 14명을 최종 통계분석 대상자로 하였다. 사전-사후 주의집중력 검사에서 처치집단이 비교집단보다 통계적으로 유의하게 높게 나타났다. 문제행동 검사에서는 집단 간 차이는 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 처치집단의 기감, 주의집중력, 문제행동에 대한 사전-사후 검사 모두 통계적으로 유의하였으며, 비교집단의 문제행동 사전-사후 검사에서도 통계적으로 유의했다. 처치집단의 기감과 주의집중력은 정적인 상관관계 즉 기감이 높을수록 주의집중력이 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 기감을 높이는 국학기공 명상 프로그램이 부적응 여고생의 주의집중력을 향상시킬 수 있으며 문제행동에 긍정적인 영향을 줄 수 있음을 시사한다.

The aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of Kukhak-Qigong Mediation Program(KQMP) on an focused-attention, the correlation of energy feeling with it, and problem behaviors in adolescent females. 17 maladjustment adolescent females in the treatment group and 14 general adolescent females in the comparison group were statistically analyzed. The pre-posttest of focused-attention in the treatment group statistically significantly higher than that in the comparison group. The pre-posttest of problem behavior in the intergroup were not statistically significant. The energy feeling, focused-attention and problem behaviors of the treatment group were statistically significant in the pre-posttest. The problem behaviors of the comparison group were statistically significant in the pre-posttest. The positive correlation of the energy feeling with the focused-attention was showed in the treatment group. This means which the energy feeling is higher, the higher the focused-attention It suggests that the KQMP, which is improving the energy feeling, can improve the focused-attention and give a positive influence of problem behaviors in adolescent females.
